Most of us love infrastructure projects only when they’re finished. The construction process can cause headaches ranging from snarled traffic to major noise problems. Our team has helped keep public complaints to a minimum during one of the region’s biggest such projects – the widening of I-15, San Diego’s main inland corridor. We have been the engine behind educating and informing the public about the project, using every method at our disposal, including providing a public-information officer at the construction scene every day. We’ve produced scores of timely, factual and easy-to-understand project explanations and updates to keep commuters and residents informed as the work continues to unfold.
