Annette Farabaugh

Business Director

As the firm’s Business Director, Annette is a trusted team leader who has two decades’ worth of project and team management experience at some of the nation’s largest technology companies, including Fujitsu and Lucent Technologies. She brings a versatile skill set and broad business background to the firm’s operations. This includes developing and overseeing the operations, processes and systems to support client projects throughout their lifespan and ensuring transparency between our team and our clients.

Annette’s style is collaborative, direct, honest, committed and timely—key components of building and maintaining trust with our clients and inter-jurisdictional stakeholders. Her dexterity in scheduling, budgeting and contract management allows our dedicated service team to focus their talents on delivering strategic and creative services across our multi-disciplinary team.

She is actively involved in the local community, and giving back through volunteer efforts. This has included prior leadership positions for: the North County Women’s Club, the San Dieguito Academy Academic Council, and the Canyon Crest Academy Foundation. Currently, she volunteers for Pilots N Paws, a non-profit organization engaged in the valuable services of rescuing, sheltering, transporting and adopting animals and placing them with veterans in need of their support. Additionally, Annette is a member of IAP2 USA and is a trained facilitator.

Annette has a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
