Downtown Hotel/Resort Master Plan

Fun in the Sun!

Promising to not only provide fun for visitors, the master plan for this hotel resort will also revitalize the downtown village of this up and coming California desert city. Situated at the village’s eastern border, the project includes a hotel, restaurant, and retail uses, as well as plenty of recreational amenities for guests. Framed by commercial and restaurant uses, visual and pedestrian access is planned from the city’s main boulevard to the hotel’s porte cochère. Surrounding a central pool area is the 4-story main hotel building with its 216 rooms, along with four lower scale – 2 story hotel buildings, restaurants, retail uses, and a gym. The northern perimeter of the site is bounded by a linear park that provides a pleasant pedestrian and biking route for guests to visit other parts of the city’s downtown village.
